Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and received within the timeframes we advertise, please ensure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of abbreviations, correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers and routing information (if required) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or misspelled at the time of purchase.

TREATMENT PERIOD

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, except for the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our processing center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time for orders is 2-5 (business) days, but most of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Please note that orders may take 2-7 business days for Spain from the shipping date, 3-10 business days in Europe, and 10-15 business days in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You also have the option to track the status of your order.

SHIPPING COSTSShipping costs are non-refundable.

If you refuse a shipment from Vincezo, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the costs of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMSIf you experience non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim at support@vincezo.com. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that requests can take up to 30 days to process. We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMSIf your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items is out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you according to your original payment method for the unavailable items. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it consists of multiple items.
